By accessing or using RateLift (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
RateLift is an AI-powered negotiation assistant that helps content creators manage and negotiate brand collaboration deals. The Service includes a Chrome extension for Gmail integration and a web dashboard for deal management.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You must have a valid Google account for authentication
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
User Responsibilities
- Accurate InformationYou agree to provide accurate pricing and deal information. The AI analysis is only as good as the data provided.
- Authorized AccessYou must only import emails that you have the right to share. Do not import confidential third-party information.
- Review AI SuggestionsYou are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated responses before they are sent. RateLift is an assistant, not a replacement for your judgment.
- ComplianceYou must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
AI Limitations and Disclaimer
Our AI provides suggestions and analysis based on available information. It may make mistakes or provide suboptimal recommendations. You should always review AI outputs before taking action. RateLift is not responsible for business outcomes resulting from following AI suggestions.
- AI analysis may not identify all risks in a deal
- Suggested pricing may not reflect current market rates
- Generated responses may require editing for accuracy
- The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, algorithms, and design, is owned by RateLift. Your content remains yours - we do not claim ownership of your emails or deal data. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Payment and Subscription
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request deletion of your data.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RATELIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
